I am attempting to return a broken espresso machine for my boss. At first i got a response from "Riley", say he/she was sorry and what would we like to do. When I sent an email response saying I wanted to return it, I never heard back from "Riley". I have now sent 3 emails without response, my boss keeps asking me why this box with a broken machine is STILL sitting here, and I personally will NEVER order anything from woot.
