Had ordered a roomba on 9/10, and wanted to modify the order on the same day, but was told by Woot member services that it was too late, and that I can refuse shipment. Here is the email reference: Order 41244946, case # W-1257461-TYW5 CRM:00397481
I had refused shipment as instructed. I emailed Woot on 9/24 to confirm receipt of the shipment but heard no response nor a return back on my credit card. Can I get an update on the return??
