My vacuum cleaner that I bought is no longer working. Is there somewhere I can send for returns/repairs and is it still covered under warranty?
You can go back to the sale and look at the warranty information (Features tab) by going to "Stuff You Bought" in the upper-right corner of this page. Once there, find your purchase of the Dyson and click on the deal name. That will display the original sale page and you can view the warranty from there.
If it's in warranty and the warranty is through Woot, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Otherwise, contact Dyson for warranty or service repair information.
