I haven't used Woot very often, and am honestly wondering right now if the whole thing is a scam. I ordered something in early September and waited patiently for nearly two months before getting fed up and emailing them. Turns out they took my money, ran out of the product, and "forgot" to tell me or refund my money until I emailed them today. I am furious, even though they said they'll refund now. Is this "scam the customer and hope they don't notice" attitude normal around here?
