There is a place in Asheville that smokes a mean bird, its a BBQ place called "12 Bones". They had a Turkey Day special with all the fixin's. I hate turkey, but I loved this bird!!! My family thought it was weird and tasted like sausage, is that such a bad thing? Mom is dehydrating a bird for dinner this year...yum
