In 2D its 2x2 = 4, In 3D it would be 2x2x2 = 8. So I think 8 is the correct answer. Thanks for spelling correction.

Most TV's are active-stereo capable, but these are passive glasses. The LG "Cinema 3D" and Vizio's "Theater 3D" ones are the only ones that do it.
