The Lion is a symbol of our feelings on no HDMI...

I picked up a couple of monitors from woot which were the 22 inch big brother of this one. Displays were great, but they each came with two power cables and zero display cables. I assume they hired drunk lemurs to repackage their refurb displays.

Can this be used as a kitchen TV?
Or only hooked to a computer?

Hey. My parents were lemurs, and Dad didn't drink THAT much! Anyway, for the price, can you beat this?? Perfect for my dad!

I have two of these exact monitors for my dual-monitor work setup, and I can't in good conscience recommend it here. Out of the box, the color and brightness settings' factory defaults are so far off (it looks really bright and blown-out) that I couldn't make it look right with even the far maximum and minimum color/temperature/brightness/contrast settings on the monitor itself. I had to go into my graphics card color configuration and tweak it even further.

Since there's no HDMI in or cable in, it's pretty much geared as a computer monitor.

I just bought the 22 inch on one of the side deals last week. I think the picture looks great. The stand is very flimpsy and if you bump the desk the monitor will wobble easy. It is very thin and light compared to my other monitors I have. So far very pleased though!

Gee, thanks woot. So glad I can count on your for the lowest prices.

Who knew I had to compare with previous woot deals before buying something around here.
