I finally got Swann to issue an RMA for the last one of these that I bought. Shipped it out this morning. We'll see if a replacement is any good. So far, not too impressed with this camera.
I bought one a 139. last year its worth it compared to gopro. I use the mounting kits from gropro with some minor adjusting. sound is a slight problem when in the case. the remote is what is cool( not water proof). If you want a cheep gopro this would be it

These are GoPro wannabees..... Not quite the same, especially quality wise.

What was your issue and how'd the RMA process go? I have two of these, and have liked them so far, except this last weekend the record video button has seemed to stop working on one of them.

For me it was very smooth. I called the 1-800 number, spoke immediately to a representative who took my information and told me to ship the camera and the battery only, no accessories. I got back a refurb camera with all new accessories, including the waterproof case, within a week or two (I am on the other coast which may have added to the time). I only had to pay for shipping the camera to them.
I bought one of these from woot last year and I like it... sound is useless over 25 mph or so because of the wind noise... battery charge doesn't hold if you're not using it for a few days, so be sure to charge it before you want to use it, which is not always convenient... also, it seems to have some sort of image stabilizer because when it get rough you start seeing the image get wavy... like this mounted directly on a motorcycle: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CLxr01b5F2c but on my bicycle helmet it's a lot more stable: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_yE4GiTuQLs still a decent bargain...
