seriously thinking of buying this for my dad...anyone own this?

I had one of these for many years and was very happy with it's performance. It would be better if it had 2 0 3 sensors, but 1 will get you by, and if you want more you can go to the OEM for them.

My folks have one of these things. They love it! Of course the forecast wasn't the most reliable, but if you expect that to be able to predict the future better than meteorologists....well, buy 3!

I wanted to get one for the wife, but Amazon has some pretty bad recent reviews. I wonder if they changed something about their manufacturing process?

I pulled the trigger on one. Hoping maybe The Weather Channel Logo can be removed but no big deal if not.

$15 less than Amazon but the reviews are HORRENDIOUS!

I almost grabbed this... Seems anything I REALLY want, if I take a minute to go check price/reviews it's sold out by the time I get back. In this case I'm so glad I checked reviews first! Yikes!!

Yeah, I have a black paint pen as well. Hopefully the reviews on amazon are incorrect. LOL.
