has anyone gotten an update on this issue? im about to hop a plane and this doesnt look like its going to get resolved. only thing ive gotten so far is an email saying that they were aware of the issue, and would send another email soon (that was 12 hours ago)

Yep. I'm in the same boat - ordered red, got black. Not a tragedy, but I'm still waiting to get a final resolution (I contacted customer service right away). At this point, I don't think they'll be able to resolve this by Christmas as they've waited too long. Really getting sick of looking at a large box on my kitchen table that I'm hesitant to fully unpack! Been a long time wooter, but I think they've stretched themselves too thin with too many ancillary websites. Doing one thing really well is better than doing 12 things half-baked.

you are about to get a chargeback woot. this is absolutely the worst customer service experience ive ever had. NO communication is worse than telling us 'tough crap'.

it has been 4 days since i notified you of the problem via support email. its been 3 days since you told me i would be getting an email later that day. i have emailed every day since, and have not gotten a response back on any of those at all.

We will be sure to let folks know here, but also remind them to keep an eye on email. (That is to say I understand there should be an update at some point today.)

My apologies, I didn't know that a coupon code had been offered.
I do know now that the coupon appears to not be working.

Just got the go ahead from Woot Member Services that the coupon code given to members in the email is now LIVE and working.

Those of you who were experiencing issues earlier can retry the coupon and it should be applying the discount now.

I got the email today informing me that I was sent the wrong color. I had immediately wrapped it without verifying the color.

So, I carefully cut the tape and removed the gift wrap only to find that the color was actually the correct color! I ordered black. The photo on the side of the box shows black. The small sticker on the end of the box reads black. I am pretty sure the contents inside should be black. Am I missing something?

I won't mind if I don't receive the partial refund as described in the email. It just seems wrong to be rewarded for the misfortune of all the people dealing with the wrong color.
