Usually it takes 1-2 business days (M-F) for support to investigate and get back to folks (looks like day two). That said, you may also want to double check your spam folder to make sure it didn't fall in there by accident. If all else fails, mail them again at email@example.com with your order # and previous case # to help speed things up.
