I'll say it again. Do not get the le deux cases. I got one on a previous woot. The metal back renders your iphone paperweightish. There, I said it again.

And I don't mean it makes it the weight of paper. I mean it destroys your phone and wifi signal.

It is time to start having iphone 5 products.

Customization of an iProduct: I got a new case!

Customization of anything else: I tweaked everything to make it work like I wanted to work - but I can't find a Eff'n case for the darn device!

I have an HTC Rezound Incipio Silicrylic I got a few years ago. It's hard to tell if any of these are the same material, but at least I've been pretty satisfied with mine. It's got a rubbery kind of finish that makes holding the phone easier, and I've dropped it on its screen a few times with no issues.

Coworker on a corporate level busted out his new iPhone in one of these cases, white case (for the white phone) with red hex shapes.
All I could say was "is your phone bedazzled?"
Needless to say, he took the case off promptly...

+1 for non iphone cases, but I"m fine grabbing a $12 case on amazon that is exactly what I want instead of a limited batch.

And still nothing for those of us who prefer to be individuals instead of iclones...

There *are* other handheld electronic devices, Woot, despite your insistence on being so narrow-minded.

An Alarming number becuase something is NOT right with the case design! Ordered an incipio blk case for iPhone 4 and the frame pushes down on the sleep/wake button ALL THE TIME! So you cant just click to sleep and the "slide to power off" keeps coming up. Thanks for the crap for Christmas. Im sending it back so you can hang it on your friggin tree. Less Woots for me...

You may want to contact the manufacturer for a replacement. Sounds like a defect.

Stop putting up exclusively iPhone cases! My humble Galaxy S 3 needs some loving protection just as much as those snobby iPhones.

I bought the "Specialist" black case - it sounds like the same case as you bought - and I'm having the same problem. What a horribly designed case, and what a huge waste of money. I dearly hope Woot plans on taking it back. Sadly going to have to go back to my old case (also Incipio, but has worked GREAT for well over a year now).

If it's a defect, then it's one that EVERY (black) Specialist case has. I bought the same case, and I'm having the same exact problem. The Incipio Specialist for 4/4S was an utter waste of money.

THIS CASE SUCKS!!!!! its aweful, it turns your ringer and volume down when you touch the sides, it likes to put your phone in a state of powering off when you touch the top of the case, disconnecting calls and generally pissing you off. Its not even useless, it actually takes value away from your device.
