You could use it to stash a car air freshener next to your toilet. Get one for each bathroom.

What? What's going on here? That looks like an almost sensible suggestion!

so when is that last time anyone saw a box of "crud"

It is water resistant and sticks using suction cups. Keep a few razors stuck to the wall of your shower, you know you shave there anyways.

melissadrag wrote:Dude, seriously, who is buying these? I understand why they have so many. Who needs this kind of an item? I've been a girl my whole life. Been having my "cycle" for over 20 years and never thought, "gosh, what I really need is a box for monthly girly items."

Has anybody come up with a viable alternative usage for these?

I agree entirely. This is a product that no one ever needed nor wanted. Alternate uses would be easier if there were specs. . .it only says that it will hold 8 tampons--like that's a standard size? Tampons are small, it's the applicator that takes up space and the plastic applicators take more space than cardboard. Tmi perhaps. :-)

My point is no one knows the physical dimensions of this product--otherwise it has multiple possibilities. It is an attractive waterproof box that attaches to a smooth surface using suction cups. Is it big enough to hold a paperback book? Is it tall enough to hod snack bars and attach to a car window? Tall enough for ball point pens. Come on woot, how about some physical specs.

according to amazon it is 1.5"x3.8"x5.5" unknown if that is inside or outside but I would bet on outside.

i just bought 12 sweaters for $85 from kohls dotcom. that's almost 16 tampon holders!

According to Amazon, the specs are Product Dimensions: 1.5 x 3.8 x 5.5 inches ; 4 ounces

Manufacturer also suggests this to place on the side of a locker--that I can see better than the toilet.

Too short for pens, too small for a paperback but larger than my iPhone 3GS.

I desperately want to buy a bunch of these and give them as gifts to see who would be woman enough to say, "Where's the Fruitcake???" and who would offer simpering thank-yous.

A true test of honest friendship.

Want to impress your lady friends?
Keep a selection of sanitary supplies in your bathroom just in case they're needed by your guests. It will make quite the impression.

And so would this dispenser.

Heck stick one in every room.

Just saying...

I might actually consider this if it came in zebra striped, but this leopard thing would clash with our color palate...

Isn't this kind of thing usually a free promotional item that comes with the tampons? And doesn't get used at all?
