Doesn't sound like a functional item to me. You probably should contact support@woot.com and let them know. (And possibly VIZIO as well to hook yourself up with a replacement.)

I'm just hanging out, really.

I think I read this has a 32 GB limit for the SD card, so if you threw a 64 GB that might be your problem?
