The issue I have with these:
They are appealing to those that have sliding casement windows that won't fit a standard portable unit. But then it needs to be vented and you have to fit some crappy panel into your casement window frame anyway to put the vent duct out. Too ghetto for me.

I assume this model is a single hose model. If it were a dual hose model I would be in for one. Anyone know for sure?

Not quite selling a refrigerator to an Eskimo, but selling an air conditioner to a Minnesotan, in the dead of winter, with snow on the ground, seems noteworthy.
