Sorry, there's really not a great way to access quality posts easily. However it has been mentioned as a suggestion before so it may appear some day as a feature!

Sure is! Go to Google and enter:
dukeofwulf quality posts
They are pretty easy to find that way.

Seems like I saw this at one point, as I remember scrolling through a list of everything I had posted, and it was fascinating, but then it disappeared again...

There used to be a page where you could view a users post history by clicking on their name, but it never really worked all that great. Hopefully it will come back, fully functional, in the future.
