There are several very good canned hams out there. I've eaten my share of spam too.

I've done canned Tuna and canned Chicken before.

They're not too different from one another.

Canned tuna and salmon, yes please. Canned hams, sausages, sardines, etc... nope.

I stopped buying canned meat when I learned how to cook.

I love canned chicken, what else can I say? :-)

I love canned chicken made into chicken salad. I use gobs and gobs of sweet relish and a tiny bit of mayo. Yummy!!!

Potted meat! I had never heard of this a few years ago until someone at work mentioned it. She even brought me in a can. It still sits in my cabinet because it scares me.

Add a can of Underwood Deviled Ham to egg salad for a twist. That's about the only canned meat I buy. (Does canned tuna & salmon count?)

SPAM is disgusting!! My stepdad loves it but I can't stand it. I'll eat some actual bacon or ham if I want meat like that.

I have a taste for canned meat (grilled SPAM and cheese!, Vienna Sausages), probably due to a lower mid-class upbringing, but my wife continues to do her best to culture me.

Vegetarian = no canned meat.

Tuna and Chicken in the little tuna cans is good stuff. I think pretty much all of us can agree there.

Vienna sausages are fair ...and I can tolerate Spam.....but anything else is nasty. Potted meat sucks. Canned whole chicken is disgusting. Any canned whole fish are disgusting.

There aren't too many canned foodstuffs I dislike. Right now on my shelves I've got chuck chicken and tuna, ham, and fish steaks in Louisiana hot sauce. Mmmmmm.

Spam is delicious! I like it sliced up and fried in a pan. Perfect breakfast after a night out drinking.

I could live on canned food such as Chef boy r De. or how ever its spelled.. and all the cambell canned stuff.

Canned meat? Yes, please. Even though my intellect tells me no. Even though it's made from the part of the animal even the plains indians didn't use (cue classic Far Side cartoon).

Like tuna, sardines, Spam. Trying to think of the meat that used to come in little glass jars, but now it's in pouches.

SPAM is fine, as are deviled ham, liver spread, imported pate de foie gras, and various hams and fish items from Europe. For that matter canned bacon is pretty good. Some C rations were acceptable as well. (Just avoid the ham & limas)

Same here, though I don't mind a can of vege-meat (e.g. Worthington or Loma Linda).

SPAM is OK under certain conditions. It needs a char, like on the grill or an iron skillet.

Of course, you simply can't go thru life without canned tuna (or salmon). It's a staple!
