We're taking another look back at some long-forgotten Woot videos from the very bottom of our Video Podcast Archive Barrel! It's not an expression; we store them in a barrel. It keeps them moist.

I like WOOT but do not like it "HOW WOOT "WORKS" !!! When I finally find their telephone number (972-417-3959) the automation offers menu choices for speaking with a department, but when I make the choice, the automated message just repeats itself from the beginning and DOES NOT transfer my call to the correct department. . in my case "CUSTOMER SERVICE" . . .
