I have this TV at home. I absolutely love it. The picture is incredible. It upconverts 2D to 3D pretty well. I just watched a 3D movie this past weekend, and it blew me away. I have never really been able to enjoy 3D movies in the theaters because nothing ever jumped out of the screen at me, and I couldn't really tell that there was added depth. That was not the case when I enjoyed this TV at home.

So I guess Bags Of Carp are a thing of the past now? If so, that's a shame.

This is actually a good deal -- even on Newegg is 799.99 (for new)

Is this a "smart" tv?

They've changed the policy. Now, they just sell off the pieces one after another for two days.

Same tv is available on Clearance at Target store right now for 30 dollars less and brand new

Just got this 2 days ago when newegg had it on sale new for 550,,,still testing it out.

No this isn't the smart version. Add a blu ray player to make it smart. If you have any issues with 3D hold out for the 120 hz. I worked for LG for 2 years and many people didn't care for the 60 hz. version.

I thought 3d required 120hz+.

Never saw 60hz 3d.

Where are all the Brothels of Chipmunks, Woot?!

Just bought this tv a month ago, and I love it. The only problem I'm having with it is it will blink black a few times a day, randomly and just for a second or so. I'm still not sure whether it's the TV or the cable box/roku. Could be a dead HDMI port. I've swapped the HDMI cables for new, high-speed BlueRiggers.

I don't believe this one supports "Dual Play" for gaming does it? What feature does one look for in the specs? (dual play allows 2 people to see a different image while playing on the same TV)
