I got a similar one from this company and it came with no instructions. There was a pretty active online chat about how get it to work. No user manual on the website. Finally tossed it. Never could get it to run.

I see a lot of them on Woot. Any in particular that is better than the others? Ease of use + reliability?

For anyone who did unfortunately buy this POS like me before reading the reviews, I found adding some extra weight makes it do what it's supposed to do, namely float up and down on your hand. You can do this as simply as taping a dime to the cape, as that's just about the right amount of weight needed. Still not greatly balanced, so you either need maneuvering room or to stop it every few cycles and rebalance, but still better than the default of fly up to the ceiling and crash.
