Hello. Went to a very odd little restaurant for dinner. It's in a house, a ranch type. Tables in what would be the living and dining rooms. I had an adult grilled cheese and husband had a deep fried cheeseburger. There is also filet mignon and lobster on the menu. Bring your own bottle of wine, corkage (is that right?) is free. The creme brulee was wonderful. Husband had white chocolate blueberry bread pudding.

Some days are a total waste of makeup.

He'll have to play a few pick up basketball games to work off a deep fried cheeseburger.

I went to one like that. It was in the middle of nowhere Oklahoma, really, there was nothing for miles around. They only served catfish though, but it was in a ranch style house on a cattle farm.

In the end only kindness matters

Hello everybody! We left home at 6:30 this mornorning to go to a huge community yard sale. We then went to three Goodwills. Lol had fun. I'm sitting on the porch in the sun. It is wonderful. I'm reading a Carl Hiaasen, Star Island. It is great. Hope everybody is having a wonderful Saturday.

Nothing here either.

Took Rusty to the Dog day thing.
Saw tons of doggies. Walked around.
Most likely will go back tomorrow.
The estate is only open 4 days a year to dogs. 2 spring, 2 fall.

Which is better than I'm doing, because I'd still love to know the vineyard for the amazing Syrah I had after the state Southern tournament. Ah well, more misses than hits trying to find it.

Found a surprising pleasant local Merlot at a tasting event on Friday.
