Sorry for the late reply. If the status of your order is "Already Shipped" then most likely you will have to wait until it's returned back to the warehouse. You can email Woot Member Services at support@woot.com or use the Support Tab at the top of the screen to have them answer any questions or concerns you have have about your order.
