We're aware of a teeny-tiny issue that caused some customers to receive the wrong charger. So if you're one of the unlucky few, shoot an email to firstname.lastname@example.org OR fill out the form on woot.com/support, and we'll get to you as soon as we can.
Please keep in mind that the hours for Support are 8:00-5:00 CST, Monday through Friday, so if you write us in the wee hours of the morning, we won't be able to reply until we're back in the office and caffeinated.
