So this is a battery you recharge your USB-powered devices with... that you charge from your car battery?

And it only has a 740-800 mah battery inside of it....you can maybe get 1 60% charge on a phone with that.....Ill pass

i can't tell if there are physically USB ports on the thing. i.e. so that I can plug in my iphone 5 lightning cable.

I bought this a couple months ago -- yes, it has two (2) USB ports (one on each side).

Got this last Wootoff! Not a huge battery but charges my I touch and cell phone. Has 2 usb ports Cable with several tips, Apple, mini usb etc. plugs in the wall or car. Not to shabby.

Anyone know if it just charges off the battery, or if it charges while plugged in too?

I like this...buuut without some sort of sciency adapter, it sounds like I'll need a car to use it. Deal breaker.

I think I know the answer but since no returns ... This plugs into a regular wall outlet too? None of the pics show a plug. And am I correct that basically this is a battery that you charge, then discharge to charge something, then have to charge again or will it charge a usb gadget directly too?
