"Pocket" Mop????????

I have the diferent model of this product with slightly different attachements. I hate it...!!

Paid $130 for the package with extra cloths and after about 2 uses, it would not steam. Pressure built up. but the steam did not come thru the spout. Sent it back, got a refurb (I really hate it when a company charges full price for a new item then sends you a used/refurbs when it pukes out). The same thing happened again. This time, the mop head nozzle got clogged. Everything has to be taken apart in the exact order or it wont go back together properly. We have to do this all the time now. If even the smallest bit of fluff, dust or hair gets anywhere near the spout or nozzle of the mop head, it will get clogged necessitating take apart and put back together.

Also, it would have been nice if there was some sort of cord retraction. My model does not have an on/off switch which it should for what i paid. All in all, I wish I never bought it and will never by another one again.
