34-Across: Madonna role... This could go a few different ways. I put down one of her movies, guess we'll see.

34-Across: Madonna role.

Quick wikipedia search says it could be Bruna from her first movie she was in

evita or peron?

Peron fits better, but I rushed my answer of Evita in before looking.

I went with EVITA

I said it was Peron, could easily be Evita, but I would assume Peron because she's more commonly known as Eva Peron

darkmagician1184 wrote:looking at this puzzle, there is a way for them to submit every clue/answer w/o having 1 pre-filled in. only questionable area is 47-49 down, 47-61 across, but still very much possible if they do 47 down, then 58, and 61 across, then 48 and 49 down.

that said, soon enough there will be PLENTY of missing 1 letter words (like 7down, 1, 2, 3, and 4 down)

The rules say any answers submitted before the question won't count.

Plus, it's impossible to really know what they will have for the clue, which is needed in teh subject line to even count.

Oh, haha.. I just figured out 29 across. Since that's in there, I guess I could see some "FV__" word showing up. Maybe an acronym or abbreviation.

I guess we'll find out!

What are the rules on sending emails? I sent one in the wrong format and the other in the correct format. And a third just to be safe. Hope I'm not disqualified! Rules say anything about how many guesses?

I sent Peron right away. If I didn't get the other one....well. I might as well give up. I can't send emails any faster.

I assume that it's done by a macro of some sort, so I would assume that your first, correctly formatted submission would be the one that counts.
