Muscles for Sale

If you want more muscles, you have to use the muscles you have first. Here's the stuff to help you optimize what you've got and then add a little more on top of that. But you'll have to ask your dietitian if mussels are suitable for your specific training program.

I have owned a Bayou Fitness Total Trainer DLX -III gym for about 4 years. It is a great machine. I can do a full body workout in 30 minutes and end feeling pumped and stretched out. The gym is well made. Despite regular use by my college age kids and me, it still looks almost new. It folds to almost nothing, so it is great for apartment dwellers. I paid $600 for this and thought THAT was a good deal years ago. This deal is fantastic!

Somebody gave the XMark Fitness XM-1994 60-65cm Anti Burst Exercise Ball w/ Pump to me for free and I love it! Actually, I am completely indifferent to it because I never use it. What I meant to say was, 'My dog LOVE'S IT!!' It is his favorite toy.

You can save yourself some $$ on the gym flooring. Just go to your local feed or farm store and pick up horse stall mats. They are 4' x 6' and run less than $40. Same product at a lot better price.

This. They're also 3/4" thick so you can cut them up and use them as risers for box squats (standard 1.5" riser jumps with two pieces of mat). You can also find ones that have drainage ridges on the bottom side which are awesome if you have a bit of a dank corner in a basement or garage.

Have to say, the total fitness gyms are really surprisingly good.

I have a weighs background, and they really do offer a full resistance workout.
Hard to believe, but they do. You essentially become your own weight stack
I had a chance to try out a very early version of these while at a physical therapist after a car accident, and it's a very controlled feeling movement for the most part.

Folds so small too...Tempting...
