Thanks for the response.

I haven't gotten an e-mail reply yet (except for the automated reply), but they did act on my ticket. Unfortunately, they cancelled the wrong order. I sent another e-mail in asking if a rep could call me, but it just created a new case number. Is there any way you can contact CS and have them call me? I'd really like to get this all sorted out...
