I did Telephone Woot and I got a Recording to leave a Message, maybe that was how they responded.
As an Amazon acquired company, you should also try to "acquire" some Lessons from Amazon, Amazon has the best Customer service, you can Chat Live or Call them toll free about ANY Package PROBLEM, at ANY TIME.
I have bought over a Hundred (100) items from WOOT over the Last year, I seriously think I would start Looking else where to buy my stuff. I dont mine paying a Little EXTRA $$ for Quality Customer service.
