LED Flashlights

You have to be pretty bright to know what acronyms are all about. Bright as- dare we say it? -a flashlight! But you don't have to be bright to know that a couple flashlights in your home/car/whatever would be a great idea.

GEES, LED flashlights that focus, are rechargeable, and exceed 1,000 lumens are readily available on the market. Come on WOOT, get flashlights that are really hot!

Finally some CREE flashlights...but the prices are 2 - 3 times higher than every other 'discount' internet outlet. Good luck with this one.

1000 lumens, 1,000,000 lumens, where does it end???
A quality "real" 200 lumen flashlight is brighter than a "$9.99 ebay" 1000 lumen flashlight.
Plush, any flashlight that doesn't work after 3 weeks isn't even worth $5!!!
Don't believe every stat you see, or think every cheap flashlight must be a better deal!

When we can make a pocket solar system. Although I do like the idea of a light I can focus the beam a bit more, but for emergency purposes I'd suggest one of those hand-cranked models.

Not sure if you should post that? This slightly-nsfw-flowchart will help.

GOAL ZERO offers portable Solar Power Solutions that charge devices via USB. Our Nomad 7 soalr panel will charge our Bolt Flashlight (on sale right now on WOOT). Hope this helps.
