Exactly!

I have a four-page doctor bill that covers several visits. It's all in capital letters except for one line. In caps are the date and my name. Then it says: Who c o c k-up n

But no spaces.

I'm calling them tomorrow just for the heck of it.

It's a medical code. Someone wasn't being dirty. haha

Think that's related to splints used for wrist and/or hands when one is injured.

More snow falling as I type. Hope everyone stays warm and keeps power.

'Night

Edit: Yup, that's it. It's this.

Good night or Good morning depending on traffic here tonight. Either way, I'm turning in.

Good morning everybody! It is still 34 so the ice has melted in our immediate area. There are still thousands of people without power a few miles inland

I-81 Corridor of Virginia in the bullseye. 22 degrees, 16 inches of snow, and still snowing.

Wanna start a sing-along? To the tune of the 12 days of Christmas:

On the first day of this snow storm
I can't believe I ate
A whole bag of Oreos.

Come on everybody, join in!

2 snuggly cats here too! Himalayans love a good snow storm, and they love it when Mommy can stay home from work.

Wow, I'm impressed. That's it exactly. Now I don't have to make a fool of myself by calling. And it cost $95. I was wondering about that, too.

I've been MIA again. F-I-L had a stroke on Saturday. TIA type it seems and apparently not his first. We were given 2 choices on his release. Bring him home with us or nursing home. He would die in a home so we decided to at least give it a try here. Most stressful time for all involved.
Dr. told us he will have more and not to bring him in, eventually he will have the big one, hopefully in his sleep...

In the end only kindness matters

I should be outside trying to get rid of the snow before it rains and makes it way too heavy.
But I'm not.
I had to shovel the top step, because the snow was higher than the door.

turn the knob to start the gas flowing, push the button to ignite. throw the hot dogs on the grill, cook to taste. serve on bun with whatever condiments you like.

Garage opens out onto the deck, so that usually works just fine.

MMMM Lean Cuisine. I truly miss the days of snowstorms before diabetes. BUT I am down 54 pounds in one year, thanks to low carb, sugar free, low sodium, good-for-me food.
I really miss Oreos.

I'm shoveled out.
Coat and outdoor stuff is in the dryer.
Hubby has decided to stay at work, even though it is closed.
He wore a suit to work. I told him not to. Now he will have to shovel out his car in the parking lot with a suit.
I knew that would happen.
If it gets colder, the streets will be pure ice.
He doesn't believe that either.

Cleaned off my car. Driveway being plowed by the guy down the street as I type. Street has not been plowed yet.

Wind has kicked up and it feels way colder than 32 degrees. Yes, d'name, look for re-freezing tonight.

Hope I get tomorrow off from work, too! Boss said "maybe". We only work 1/2 day Fridays, so what's the point? Anything they need me to do can wait until Monday.

Whew. Digging and resetting the post in this snow would be icky.

Going to need to shovel out around the fire hydrant. Last year, the neighbors did it. Guess they decided they don't care this year.

I almost hate to post. My car thermometer said 45 this afternoon. Lots of melting. Of course, we're supposed to get one or two more inches tomorrow. But they say early next week we'll be in the 50s. Yay!!!

It's been snowing for 24 hours now, just a short break this afternoon. This is a good old-fashioned snow storm!
