I already wrote to the support page. I really hope this can be rectified. I was so hoping to have a working computer....My other refurb computer I bought is great so I didn't think twice about buying the Dell 27inch.

I have just upgraded free from Windows 8 to Windows 10 Home for free. That is awesome.
