AhhhH! Says they are gone! Oh well, that was fun anyway!
That sucked, it took me a few minutes to figure out the capital X
Really couldn't tell if it was a capital X or not...
Missed it entirely. I guess I can catch up on my sleep in preparation of shoveling snow tomorrow. Merry Crapmas everybody!
Yep... capital X got me too... Blast!
The capital X completely screwed me. Hardcore. Sigh...
Curse you Capital X!!! grrrrr.
Oh well...better luck next time.
Happy Crapmas everyone!
Oh Man (I mean Woot) - that was a nasty Change Up! Took me a while to get onto it. A while I didn't have of course! Well, it was fun. Also, I expect an ton more people on tonight - weekend and all.
Dang it! Missed the capital X. Congrats to all Wooters who managed to get a bag. 6 years a-Wootin', but still no crap
brilliance for the scrolling url whoever came up with that.
got it right the first time, but was blocked somehow. The internets is broke.
Thanks Amazon for ruining the Belly Of Chocolste.
The capital X got me. By the time I figured it out it was too late. I hate CAPS

"Capital X" (say it like Shatner yelling "Kahn" and it sounds much better).

Totally the same with me. Missed it.

foiled by a capital X.. Should have gone to bed a half hour ago!
Now comes the part where I actually look and see what's on WOOT today.
Oh Mylanta I actually got a bag of wonderous crapola!
If you are going to do something so absolutely crappy, please make it a URL that you can actually READ and understand. I thought I was screwed up on 1s vs Ls, but it was the damn damn X that was my demise.
I jumped right towards the end the link wasn't there!!
well played woot, Well played!!
I give up. 9 friggin years. No Brigadier of Carolling
sinbonders wrote:That sucked, it took me a few minutes to figure out the capital X
Me too I haven't been able to try for these too many nights, and then tonight I was right there, and wasn't smart enough to figure out the X. I was trying things like..well iv could mean 4...
All for the want of a capital x. Sure looked like a lower case x to me.
Someday, WOOT!, have a contest that those of us with slower computers could have a chance at. I stayed up until 1am every day and only got to push the buy button one time...and then I was denied for no reason at all since my credit card had just bought a ton of WOOT! stuff. I guess it was not to be for me.
Celebrate...it is my 7 year anniversary of Wooting!
Oh well 12 days of crapmas is over... back to woot being shXtty again.

My 8 minutes of misery, Stupid Brigadier of Carolling It's my birthday too . I drop some not nice words and what not so, parental discretion is advised ;).
If y'all are done with Bawling Over Christmas, can someone tell me how this compares with the Sony STR DN 1040?
If I didn't already own a TX-NR515 I would not hesitate to buy the 626. It adds wifi, better Audyssey, and probably me other stuff.
Onkyo uses electrolytic capacitors made in Indonesia, not Japan nor the US of A. The chemicals inside are so thin, they quit just before the warranty expires. If you pop some tags at the Goodwill, they always have Onkyos, not very old. That's the reason, aggressive planned obsolescence.
Looks like the Onkyo TX-NR626 has similar second-zone restrictions as previous receivers seen on Woot. The user manual says "Only analog, NET or USB input source is output from the ZONE 2... You cannot select different input selector NET or USB for your main room and Zone 2."
This does seem like a bit of an improvement over previous offerings; looks like you can select HDMI on Zone 1 and play MP3s to Zone 2 from a network-attached DLNA file server simultaneously.
