In years past there would be a Bag of Carp on Christmas. This is proof that Woot is no longer the Woot we grew to know and love. To bad the good times had to end.

Bleh...Seems like selling these a week ago for toys that need them on Christmas morning would have been better timed.

I was hoping for a Brigadier of Carolling ....sigh! Merry Christmas everyone!

Don't want to Grinch on Christmas, Woot, but seriously, no Brigadier of Carolling ?. I appreciated the 12 days, but did wonder if it would mean coal on Christmas.

Woot has unfortunately changed too much... No Brigadier of Carolling tonight is proof of it. Wow.

I still remember the good ole days when Woot had awesome stuff on Xmas.
Once Amazon bought them out...all down hill after that.
G'nite all. Won't see you in 2014.

Amen. Used to be the only Brigadier of Carolling I would get in a year. Too bad.

I haven't bought anything for 2 years from this site, and for some reason decided to check it out tonight.
Looks like I haven't missed anything. There's so many advertisements now. I like Amazon, but they certainly did a number on Woot. Good evening.

Woot, you have failed us once again. I hope Matt and his team at their new site are ready for all the old wooters to swarm in.

As a reminder, LAST year it was batteries, too:

followed by a woot-off Dec. 27.

You only post it on Twitter though. Not every wooter uses Twitter, which makes it impossible for us to have a chance at it. Usually there is a secret clue on the actual Woot site. Using only a third party site to promote the Brigadier of Carolling is a pretty disappointing way to celebrate this tradition. Very disappointed in Woot and don't think I'll bother sticking around for next year.
