I am in the same situation, at this point @Woot had better ackowledge this issue or I will be looking into a chargeback because this is unacceptable. No response or comment from woot, not even an acknowledgement that there was a mistake. I might just contact Amazon seeing as they own woot, hopefully they might be able to help me.
