This comes up every time woot has headphones with mics and controls.
These work fine on the majority of Android phones. The play/pause/answer/disconnect button does what it's supposed to. Only the transport controls are non-functional.
I've used these exact headphones for 6 months on an S4. Previously, in my family, we've used S4i's and S5i's on an EVO, S4, and Nexus S.
The controls do not work on my gen 1 Nexus 7, but that's because Asus didn't include the 4 pole jack, it's not an Android specific thing.
So yes, they don't have the exact same functionality as under iOS. But you still have some, and it works fine for the functions I mentioned above. If you need additional funtion (FF, FW, Skip, etc), there are some apps that you can get that will allow you to do those things via long presses, double clicks, etc.
