I know nothing of pots and pans. I had a tfal set my mom bought me about 15 years ago. Some, most, I've thrown out because the coating was coming off. Can someone tell me if these are good, not just good for the cost. Does food stick in these or do you need to coat everything all the time with oil? I should read the specs for other info like going into the oven. But basic care from anyone who owns these would be most helpful! Thanks!
