As the title says, I ordered a projector on June 26th and the projector has changed status from "shipping now" to "shipped". I've sent two emails in the last two weeks to customer support but they responded with please be patient and wait a few days for the status to change, and then did not respond to any of my follow up emails asking for an explanation. My experience so far with Woot has been that they are pretty good about getting orders out quickly, but the lack of a response with an explanation from customer service has left me a little frustrated.

Has anyone had issues with orders taking a longer time than usual to ship in the past few weeks? The product was the "BenQ 3000Lm WXGA Ultra Short-Throw DLP Projector" if anyone was wondering.
