Did anyone else purchase the JBL OnBeat Micro or Mini Speaker Dock w/Lightning on or around 6/5/14 and didn't receive your item(s) yet? I bought one of each but only received the Mini and now after more than a month I can't get Woot support to say more than, "Its taking longer than expected to ship, we are working hard and please be patient" so I did but nothing has arrived, not even a shipping number. I got in touch with customer service but these guys take a while to reply, and as a this was my time purchasing from them I think it may also be my last time. So how about it, anyone else have to deal with this before?
