I got one of these on Woot last month. It's been fine and worth the price. Spins a bit noisy, but great at handling different formats and storage devices (not USB).

I've got one of these, very good buy.

They are pretty durable (mine is surviving an 18 month old) and have great batter life even with the brightness cranked way up.

Mine wasn't a refurb (rox0rz!) but it's been good to us.

Battery Life (if your lucky)
Large screen
DivX
Card Reader

Cons:
Limited Screen Res (bad combo with larger screen)
SLOW card reading (if you get one, it's not broken, just wait a bit longer than you think you should)
Messed up DVD drive causes occational ear splitting grinding noise (on mine at least)
No known region hacks
