I think these are brilliant! For those of you who do any amateur sound mixing or basic fun-at-home web films - there are some really fun features here!

Too cool, Woot! Thanks!

Thanks for some USEFUL information...was trying to decide if 6 year old grandchildren would like them...just bought 2. All the whining posts are so useless.

i cant imagine any child liking this thing for more than 3 seconds. Honetly, there's a limit to a child's attention span when they have to figure out how to import the stuff thye record, and learn the program

  • Neat Receipts v3.0 Document Management System with Scanner

I was thinking the same thing. . . I wonder if it doesn't have something to do with licensing though, since its cartoon characters and all. . . or MAYBE they just kept the cool toy for themselves and sold us the . . .um. . . consolation prize

You can find an Atari 2600 at just about any thrift store for a buck or two. The TRS-80 might be a bit harder to come by, though I bet in some box in the garage I still have copies of Apparat's NewDOS/80...

Too lazy to keep updating my sig.

In breaking news today, Woot! is eliminating there famously popular Bandolier of Carrots's and replacing them with the slightly more expensive Pieces O' Crap (POC).

The hope is that they will get a few dollars for the item before having to sell them to the dollar stores!
