Yeah, it plays MP3 and shows all my photos
And audiobooks and my Audible shows
And the battery lasts longer than you would think
I mean 15 hours ain’t nothin’ to sneeze at
But I kept on thinkin’ and really who needs that

They’d laugh at me when I walked to school
That iPod clique all clean and cool
And I never one had a girl look at me and wink
They didn’t care it was easy to use
Or that it synced with Outlook, and that was true!

Well finally it was mid-July
And I was just the voice recorder with some guy
Cause we came up with a tune at the roller rink
We were gonna use Direct CD recording, see
To move songs without needing to use a PC

And then I saw my dear old dad
watching Woot.com and man, I was mad
I ran over too him and kicked him in the butt
He turned around and saw my face
And I heard a real quiet come over the place

Well he looked at me in a state of fear
And I wanted to smack him in the ear
But then he said something that fit like the missing link

Well, I had to admit Dad was pretty smart
And I hugged him and opened up my heart
And in a manly hug we began to sink
And I think when my son, who I named Geoff
Finds me lookin’ at a future Woot-Off
I might buy him a Creative ZEN V Plus 2GB MP3 Player… Pink.
