Physical Law As Observed Through Manipulation Of The Garrity KS200 1 Watt LED Spotlight by the 4th Grade Boys of Mr. Gilchrist’s Class

Introduction: The project was undertaken to test the theory that the Garrity KS200 1 Watt Luxeon® LED Spotlight is the lightest, brightest spotlight on the market with a non-slip rubber pistol grip.

Hypothesis: That the Garrity Luxeon® LED Spotlight will prove to be a useful accessory for a car, boat or home that requires light.

Procedure: The procedure was as follows:

Test 1: The Garrity Luxeon® LED Spotlight was taken to the top of the cafeteria along with a brick (a.k.a. the control). The Garrity Luxeon® LED Spotlight was then dropped at the same time as the control. The experiment was repeated until Mr. Gilchrist yelled at us to come down, so like six times total.

Test 2: The Garrity Luxeon® LED Spotlight was put into a sealed room along with a flashlight and a candle. A multiple choice test was administered over a two hour period, even though it turned out to be a six hour period because of how they evacuated the school. All the scores were compared.

Test 3: The Garrity Luxeon® LED Spotlight was taken to four different dressmakers and they were asked how well it would fit under three types of dresses: traditional, casual, and evening. This took a long time because we had to go in when no one was looking because we didn’t want people to think we were buying dresses.

Test 1) In all six tests, the Garrity Luxeon® LED Spotlight did not leave as big a hole in the sidewalk as the brick did. Also when the Garrity Luxeon® LED Spotlight hit Mr. Gilchrist in the back of the head, he did not die. We were unable to test this finding against the brick because we had to give it back when he gave us 90 days of in-school suspension but we did send a letter to Amnesty International to try and get extra credit maybe. Our findings are that the Garrity Luxeon® LED Spotlight is very lightweight.

Test 2) Although everyone failed the test, the Garrity Luxeon® LED Spotlight was judged to have answered the most questions correctly. The simple flashlight only got the 100 points for filling out its name. The candle set off the fire alarm which is why it took six hours to get this part done and also we got another 90 days of in-school suspension for causing a fire drill so we deducted 4,000,000,000,001 points from the candle. Based on this it is clear that the Garrity Luxeon® LED Spotlight is indeed very bright but doesn’t know anything about sports because it got all those wrong.

Test 3) All the dressmakers asked us to buy something or leave the store, illustrating that the Garrity Luxeon® LED Spotlight cannot be used underneath a dress and it is therefore non-slip. In addition we now have 270 days of in-school suspension for leaving school grounds without permission.

Conclusions:

Regardless of which color is randomly picked for you, the Garrity Luxeon® LED Spotlight would be an excellent choice for anyone who is looking for a lightweight spotlight that runs on four AA batteries. However being caught with the included carrying strap and hanging hook on school grounds can lead to a parent-teacher conference, especially after Amnesty International misunderstands your letter and asks Mr. Gilcrist when they can set up a table in the lobby. Our findings are that it would have been easier to just make a baking soda volcano for a solid C+ and left the Garrity Luxeon® LED Spotlight at home.
