And now, without further ado, the top five cool things I found on Woot this week:
1. Twilight & Little House on the Prairie DVD Sets, $9.99-$17.99
Are you looking for some entertainment but you don't have Netflix or Hulu or Amazon or cable or a dvr or one of those converter boxes that lets your old tv get new digital channels? Then try DVDs! We only have two DVDs here, but boy what a selection, huh?
2. Twelve South Apple Accessories, $21.50-$34.99
Make your computer look like a book! Then take it to the library and then when the librarian asks you if you want to check it out, open it up and be like "This isn't a book. It's my computer," and then put your sunglasses on like a cool person and saunter out of there. Or think of your own, better prank if you want.
3. EMTEC Mustache 8GB USB 2.0 Flash Drive, $3.99
I like this not only because it is a flash drive shaped like a mustache, but also because it says "'Stache your files" on it. But I wish it also said "Stache Drive" instead of flash drive. But I guess you can't get everything you wish for all the time :(
4. elho Euro Hanging Planters, $27.99
Get these things and hang a bunch of plants all over your house like a space station! Not the old timey space stations, but the new ones that have plants everywhere to make them sustainable, like in The Martian. Full disclosure: I only watched like the first half hour of The Martian, so maybe the plants aren't really as important like they seemed like they are :-/
5. Guard Dog Security iStun Disguised Cell Phone Stun Gun, $9.99
It's a stun gun! It's a phone! It's not actually a phone! But it looks like one! Be careful!!!!!!!!!!
