Not a lot of surprises on the Fictional Dog side of the bracket. All our high seeds are performing respectably and beating out those lower seeds pretty easily with only one notable exception: Underdog! It's so cool to see him living up to his name and coming out a winner in all these matches, but I predict that he's not going to have what it takes to beat out the formidable Scooby Doo in the next round...we'll see though. Crazier things have happened in this bracket so far.

On the other side of the board, it's pretty much a free-for-all. Both the 16 seeds have dethroned the 1 seeds and are continuing to rack up some serious points in their matchups. Unfortunately, the Cinderella story for the Poker Playing Dogs is over, but I suspect nobody's really too sad about that. It's great to see that Cujo, the scariest dog in all of literature, had no problem beating Shiloh, the most innocent dog in all of literature. Now we've got two famously rabid dogs--Cujo and Old Yeller-- going head to head in the next round. Should be exciting! And also a little sad? Eh...let's go with exciting.
