Mine came on Friday, but it took until now for my brain to process what was going on. Where was my disappointment that I have gotten used to?

This is what I found:

It started out great, disappointing as it should be
a Woot bag - one of those weird drawstring, not-quite-a-backback types
a luggage tag that will never go on luggage
a fake stick-on sharkfin antenna
a retro phone handset
some random o-ring gasket for "automotive use" (barcode on package returned no results)
some random hole plugs, also for "automotive use" (ditto on the barcode)
4 90 degree HDMI adapters - might some day be useful

but then, after 5 cases for phones I don't have - one that would actually fit my Samsung
a pair of small computer speakers, just like I was looking for to keep at work
5 micro USB cables - I was able to remove some from my Amazon cart
a wireless phone charger, again, something I was actually shopping for
a QUALCOMM car charger that has quick charge capability, something I WISH I had gotten for my wife
parchment paper, always welcome in my kitchen
an over-the-door coat rack, which I suspect will be a perfect solution for my kids, going to hang it on the side of their bunk bed that we just bought, once I assemble it
a Parrot mini drone Jumping Sumo - an obviously open box. Surely this will be broken and be the disappointment I was looking for. Nope, charged it up, works perfectly

Then it clicked, they sent me some things I can use, things I will enjoy. They disappointed me by NOT giving me the disappointment I expected.

My letter crap came! It was a bit disappointing but not too bad. I was really hoping for a Dyson fan.

The box arrived but my cats, Storm and Rogue, wouldn't let me open it until my husband arrived.

Here are the larger items

1 pack of craft foam - can be useful for costuming
1 Digital Clock
1 cupcake pan with silicone molds - I'll use this.
1 Lifeline Power wheel - It'll go in the exercise room and maybe someone will use it.
1 six-pack of Flex Jaw Clamps - Husband already has like 30 of these.
1 air mattress - looks like a good one. It'll get used I'm sure.
1 suit case - looks really nice, it'll go good with my cocaine luggage tag.
2 pillows - already put one to use.

Here are the smaller items

1 two-pack of microfiber car wash mitts - handy
1 binder
1 Captain's Log notebook - Husband is a Trekkie
1 Portable Peripheral drive
1 Iphone 6 case - looks nice but I don't do Apple
1 Iphone 5 case - again Apple
1 Bingo ball wheel with no balls
2 seashells - doing a mermaid room for my baby girl so could be useful
1 Samsung Activity Tracker - I might give it a try
1 Galaxy S3 case - can't use
1 Art Gallery book
1 Advance Linear-programming book - over my head lol
1 pink selfie stick
1 ped egg - I'be been wanting to try one
1 Disney Mickey and Minnie puzzle - I LOVE DISNEY!
1 Dark Shadows DVD collection - not really my thing
1 Solar Powered Garden Gnome - it's got a little chip in the front but we'll fix him up and put him out front.

And last but not least...

Balloons!! Lots of Balloons. My kids were super happy! My youngest boy was saying they were for his birthday. My husband was the least thrilled about these. He HATES balloons.
Thanks Woot!! We enjoyed the experience.

Letter crap has arrived! The box alone blew the cat's mind when I brought it inside.

With good reason; there was a lot of crap in there.

What a rollercoaster ride digging through this box was. I'm talkin' lowest-of-the-lows to the highest-of-the-lows.

Here's all the crap in it's final form:

Inside there was some pretty good stuff:

1 Single person hammock swing
1 Polyester Pillow
1 King-size comforter
1 Collapsible water canteen
1 Small electric fan
1 Copy of Windows 7 Ultimate
1 Barbecue Grill Brush
10 Mosquito repellant wristbands
6 9-volt batteries
1 Samsung Galaxy note 4 case
1 iPhone 6/6Plus case (fit my girlfriend's phone - she was happy)
1 iPhone 6/6 Plus mountable bike case
1 Rear light for a bicycle
1 Pedegg
1 4-port VGA switch
1 Sugar cup
1 Tea steeper thing
1 pack of sturdy paper plates
1 Personal Journal
1 Go the F&ck to sleep bedtime story book

Right about here, things take a turn for the crappy:

1 Hello Kitty iHome Lamp/Speaker
1 Lego Dimensions Doc and Train figures (box was ripped, but at least someone made an attempt to scotch tape it closed)
1 Marvel figure mold kit - 3d molder required (not included...bummer)
1 Business Communications Textbook
1 Lid to a Star Wars box
2 Packs of faux fur (it looks like the kind of fur you'd see on a pair of handcuffs)
1 space-themed bag including glow-in-the-dark stars, a plastic telescope, and some star-shaped lollipops (actually, this one's pretty good)
1 Frog-shaped action figure - looks like it works with a phone app/game
2 Really rough sponges
1 Earpiece for a walkie-talkie
1 Selfie stick (now I have one for each hand!)
1 spiked animal collar - may or may not make the cat model this
1 pack of 'All purpose' stationary (clearly only for Christmas holiday though, judging by the giant wreath on the front)
50 small yellow beads in a bag
1 HDTV television antenna - motorized
1 Binder, filled with...wait for it...binder organizers
1 File rack (for aforementioned binder, perhaps?)
2 Necklaces - one had a broken pendant, and the other pendant is a very colorfully adorned owl
30+ little plastic army men

Last but not least, the crown jewel of the whole crappy lot:

1 Yukon Outfitters Trail Pro 50 L hiking backpack. This is a really nice bag. I'll be putting this to use.

HUGE thank you to TT and the Woot crew for all this crap! You'll be happy to hear that I'm thoroughly disappointed with several of the items received, but I'm undeterred in my pursuit of future crap!

Alrighty... Letter crap arrived today. Wifey sent me a picture and a message begging me to come home from work. Kids could hardly wait to open it, and she wanted to keep her sanity.

...yep, that's it, blocking the entryway, right next to (and larger than) the half-ton hunk of granite. By that logic, it's much heavier than the stated 50lb shipping weight.

Opening it went way too fast... Just like Christmas morning. Here's the haul:

Contents:
10 bug repellant bracelets
1 bow tie
72 army men (sadly none of the metal detector guy - he's my fave)
5 glass drill bits (I actually use these all the time - no joke)
8 AAA batteries (thats 24 A batteries for any math needs out there)
1 pack Santa napkins
1 purple MacBook computer/keyboard protector
1 Lightning charge cable
1 USB charge block
1 pair genuine apple lightning earbuds (I believe these go for at least $25)
1 copy of "To Their Heirs Forever" (the critically acclaimed 1977 hardcover)
1 aquarium thermometer
1 "Sleepy Baby" soothing bedtime light
2 iPhone cases
1 MangoSpot home pest repeller
1 pair of nail clippers
1 pair of no-name sunglasses
1 LED light-up electric socket cover
1 Melissa & Doug vehicles puzzle
1 cheese grater, I mean PedEgg
48pc nursery storage set (Looks nice - has velvet hangers. Better than my old dry cleaner hangers)
1 French press tea and coffee maker
50 magic eraser sponges
1 UnderArmour hooded sweatshirt (very nice, size LG, perfect!)
1 foam "instant headboard" with upholstery cover (made of that foam that gives you goosebumps when you touch it)
1 lizard toy
1 dog bed - size large
1 Kelty Redwing 44 hiking backpack (very nice!)

A few notable highlights:
"To Those Heirs Forever" is apparently about a group that defected to Brittain ahead of the revolutionary war:

This pink iPhone case has it all... Inner shell, outer case, belt holster, kickstand, swivel ring clip and attached stylus. It fully quadruples the phone's thickness:

The bowtie says it's for dogs, but Abby seemed more excited about the sunglasses:

Lots of great stuff - not disappointing at all! The Kelty backpack and the hydration pack (from the original crap) are each worth $100 on Amazon. The sweatshirt looks pricey too. Lots of other usable stuff. Definitely got my $5 worth.

Every bit as magical as I imagined. Big thank-you to Woot, WootBot, but especially to TT.... she works so hard to keep surprises like this coming every month. I know she takes a lot of pride in what she does.

* Parchment paper for baking (which I use all the time)

* Toilet valve (luckily unused)

* TSA "no cocaine" tag

* BBQ sergeant apron

* Bucket of play food (which my 7 year old has already asked to play with)

* Cute knock knock joke t-shirt in the right size for the 7 year old

AND

Almost forgot to post! Here is Bundles of Crayons #16 - paid for by my 15 year old son - he wanted in on the disappointment.

Lena and Cade anxiously awaiting extreme disappointment.

Voila!

Here's the list:

7 bags of Texas air
San Diego Charger earmuffs
36" red balloon
Don't Touch My Crap bag
TSA Cocaine luggage tag
Change purse
Hello Kitty shutter ball
Bamboo charcoal
Salad spinner

Woot, you have done your job - a 15 year old boy could not have been more disappointed with his Bundles of Crayons!

Mostly Star Wars but we've also done Firefly. I've also done Walking Dead and Resident Evil costumes for my oldest son.

Here is my Husband and our boys

OOOoooo, as in a book about the art in a specific gallery?

It's call Framed: Art for Spaces. It is mostly new artist. It includes contact info for the artist as well.

1 Binder, filled with...wait for it...binder organizers
1 File rack (for aforementioned binder, perhaps?)
Yep, more office clean out

...
