My water filter container sprung a leak so I had to do something with the water... and a pot was handy in the drying rack so I came to the conclusion I had to cook something with it.
It was just going to be noodles, but I saw the recipie on the back for Swedish Meatballs. They think if you're using Knorr sides for noodles, you're going to make the meatballs from scratch, ha! If I'm going to do that, I would use real egg noodles.
I only had Italian meatballs, and frozen at that, so I just tossed them into the pot. Close enough!
