You can only cancel an order within the 1st 15 minutes of placing it. Otherwise you can't cancel it. I think a lot people are freaking out due to negative feedback some have said about Onkyo. However, this receiver has more positive feedback than negative feedback out there in every site you can find. I place an order for one before it sells out. This was an excellent deal.
