The tough part is watching for idiots that have no idea how to drive on snow/ice.

Only one guy in a pickup. On my ass as we were on the ramp at the interchange. 2 ramps come together and the right lane ends so I know to get over. He blew past me. I get all the way over the next 2 lanes because many will be exiting soon. He must've got trapped because he ended up behind me in the left lane again. On. My. Ass. I was able to get out of his way and he got on the next guy's ass. And put on his brakes. WHY?! Moron. Eventually we go from 3 to 2 lanes and the bunching starts. We lose about 10mph (despite the addition of 5mph speed limit) and my exit is the next one about 2 miles later. Another guy on my ass. I get over to exit and he blows past only to brake at the next vehicle. Idiot. Got home fine.

We had the rain, then the freezing rain (my car is covered in ice), then the snow. About two inches so far, but we're supposed to get a couple more.

Yeah unfortunately I get the side effects bad...every year they get worse, BUT I was not supposed to make it to 38 and I'm 51. Mine was HER2 BC

I was at MGH when they released Herceptin early and it targets my cancer. If it wasn't for herceptin I would have died when it metastasized to my liver. Thank goodness for our hospitals in Boston!

I think the hardest part for me is knowing I got it because someone wanted to save a buck and I was exposed...

I'm alive and thriving though! Oh and GREEN!

Temp change in 24 hours is -40.

Not nearly as much snow as expected here. But there is a lot of drifting.

Got up early.
Shoveled a little. It wasn't as bad as predicted. We were on the divide between 3-6 & 6-9. We might have gotten 3.
Took Oogie to work (6.5mi). Then we went a bakery that is downsizing (17mi). She got some great stuff at about a third of the price had she gotten it elsewhere. Then on to Cake and Candy Depot for course sugar (18mi). Back to the shop to drop the stuff off (11mi). Then I came home for a while (6.5mi). 59 miles on a crappy morning. Good thing I love to drive and have been driving in winter for 39 years.
I'll head back to get her at 2. Then on to Arnie's for a delivery and probably a burger.
Tonight we'll visit my parents. Mom has been sick so we haven't seen them in about 2 weeks.

Just use the 7% or even the 4% fat hamburger & they are not bad for you!

We even grind our own hamburger meat when big pot roasts are cheap. Those are probably under 4% fat.

Meatballs.... The next Health Food.
