My good neighbor friend Loretta looked after poor Mr Whiskers. He took at least 30 minutes today before he settled down today when I got home.

But I'm home now at least. I picked up some diagnoses I don't care for...I apparently have been having congestive heart failure. No wonder my ass is tired all the time.

I tell you what, it's going to take something more than heart failure to take me out. pffft.

I've got plenty of referrals to follow up on this week. One of them is to do a sleep study on me. Shit, I don't sleep that good as it is...I'll sleep good tonight though, after four days up there...then we have the podiatrist and GP...sheeit. Lots of doctoring ahead of me.

But I'm back baby, I'm back.

oh no!! glad you're home and you have a dx, and I hope they can treat it so we have you around here for a long long time.

Wow, I can't wait to get my eyes fixed....I read that as "CRAP" in your future.

It seemed like a good idea at the time.

After she left I went ahead and jumped into the shower...later, when I was all finished she told me I was supposed to wait for the pretty nurse tech to come help me.

Doh!

All-in-all though, I don't want to get too good at this "being in the hospital" thing.

Thank you Sparkly Lady! I've been steady letting him know about it tonight! I can tell he is a little crabby but he has come through with some treats for me.

His little two-year-old grand-daughter was studiously making sure my Whiskas treats were all put back into that nice mouse that you gave me. Little Scarlett was also making sure that chirping bird was put up. But every time she would put it up it would chirp at her so she had to go back and put it back on the shelf. Great fun was had by all.

I love you sparkly lady! We'll do our best!

So, so glad you are out!
That is a good sign.
And get some sleep!
Lot of things make sense, your dizziness, sleep patterns, orneriness, lol!

You will take care of yourself, I know, now that you know what you are dealing with.

I knew Mr Whiskers was being taken care of, old Top Cat.
You have been in my prayers and will continue to be.

Had a nice sunny, day today. Got to work in the yard. Around mid 50s.

Tomorrow all schools are closed, expecting a wintry mix and snow showers. Winter Weather Advisory until Wednesday. Shit.
Really do not know why they are closed since it is not supposed to begin until later in the day.
Maybe all the flu going around, another day not to infect others is good.

So far son and I have managed to stay healthy, feeling blessed.
Flu case here is doing well.

Temperatures all over the map, from 30s to 60s in five days.
Gonna be 63 and sunny Saturday. That is Alabama’s Celebration Day Parade.
Son and I are going.
Last time, it was 9 degrees, did not go.

I really do not want snow.

Got a consult with the butt doctor tomorrow. My primary doctor says I'm due for a scope. We'll see when I get to do "The Cleanse".

Yeah, it was some kind of Monday. We expected a temp to show up for training at 7:30.

She didn't show up.

Second temp came in at 1:00. That went much better.

Except that it's hard to be me, my co-worker, and the temp trainer all at the same time.

GOOD MORNING.

The Crab Nebula is a supernova remnant in the constellation of Taurus. The now-current name is due to William Parsons, 3rd Earl of Rosse, who observed the object in 1840 using a 36-inch telescope and produced a drawing that looked somewhat like a crab.

Got about three inches of snow, which is over ice, and it's 9 and not supposed to get over freezing until Thursday, so it's going to stick around. Of course, it's supposed to be in the 50s this weekend. Strange weather. This is the third day without a newspaper, which is kind of annoying. We've lived here a long time and the newspaper's always been delivered unless we have a lot more snow than this.

Results of back x-rays, mild to moderate arthropathy. Basically arthritis. Runs in my family.

well, I'm glad it wasn't something worse. I know arthritis is no picnic either. have you ever tried tumeric? I have arthritis in my toe and the tumeric seems to help a lot with my soreness/pain.

Well, that is a better dx than a lot out there, even though arthritis is no fun either.
